Product specifications

The EBP 50 heated forceps allows to perform embedding operations and handling of histological samples in paraffin without carryover contamination. The temperature ranges between 65° C to 75° C, eliminating effectively overheating and resukting tissue damage. The control unit heats the forceps only at the tip. A bicolored LED placed on the front panel of the control unit indicates to the operator the status of the device: Green LED appears when the set temperature has been achieved; red LED shows that forceps are still heating up.

The system is composed by the following modules:

• 1 control unit 110/230 V
• 1 heated forceps, 2 mm tip size
• 1 Euro power line

Supplied in a handy box.
