The deep cooling unit TKF 22 is used in the histology laboratory for rapid freezing of paraffin blocks. Up to 180 paraffin blocks fit into the seamless, deep-drawn cooling tray that is made of easy to clean stainless steel. The powerful cooling unit ensures a maximum cooling temperature of -35 °C (depending on the ambient temperature) that is achieved in ca. 10 minutes.

The TKF 22 has a precise electronic temperature control with high constancy. Temperatures can be set and adjusted on the control panel with the easy-to-use membrane keyboard. It includes a digital display and is positioned right above the cooling tray, making it easy to access and read at any time.
